UV sensors often encounter measurement errors due to high concentrations of suspended solids. Over time, frequent manual maintenance is required to clean sensor lenses. To achieve stable and accurate long-term measurements, filtering the sample to reduce suspended solids and incorporating effective automatic cleaning are essential. A system has been designed, produced, and patented to address these challenges. With a specially designed flow cell that accommodates sensors of any size, measurement interference from bubble accumulation is minimized. This fully automated system operates reliably over extended periods without manual intervention and has been successfully exported to various countries and regions.
