With over 20 years of relevant experience, Michael possesses a unique ability to interpret project requirements effectively from the project's inception. This enables him to coordinate seamlessly with design teams, ensuring the delivery of optimal designs for every project. Michael actively communicates safety file requirements at an early stage to project management, taking great satisfaction in being directly involved in projects from start to finish and successfully closing them out.

Michael's extensive expertise has been instrumental in various projects, including Uisce Eireann’s Pump Framework, MEICA Framework, Elect & Generator Framework, Heating & Lighting and a host of other projects for Public and Private Sector Clients.

In his role as a Director at the Right Group, Michael serves as the primary contract management representative for the company. He collaboratively kicks off projects and ensures that all managers are well-informed about project scope, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and other project-related information. He monitors project progress through frequent internal project management meetings, works closely with project management, and is responsible for the commercial delivery of projects.

Michael takes charge of managing the delivery of operational aspects of the company, liaising with Client representatives, and overseeing the appointment and management of project staff to ensure successful project execution. All this is done while maintaining a strong focus on Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental measures.
